2.A normal License plate in Beijing consists of: 京(the one-character provincial abbreviation of Beijing) + one letter from a selection of the alphabet (including ABCEFGHJKLMOVY) + 2 Arabic numerals or letters of the alphabet + 3 Arabic numerals, for example 京A E9201. if you read carefully, you'd noticed that there is no 京D License plate in Beijing.
